RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at current price on a Never Enough Cute Stuff Gift Card.
- We accept returns for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- An online credit will be issued for non-final sale items, up to 30 calendar days from the date you place your order.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

- Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
- If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items have signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Jewelry, sunglasses and hats are returnable in new condition.
- Jewelry, sunglasses and hats are not returnable if they are in the sale section.
- Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, and Final Sale/Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.
